The TTT team focuses on the tax “process”, providing services which fuse tax affairs and technology. The market for this domain, the fusion of tax and technology, is expanding rapidly due to changes in the business environment, and its future is extremely promising. Services offered include the provision of support for increasing efficiency in tax affairs through the implementation of IT tools and support in establishing global tax governance.

●Your primary focus will be in applying the cutting-edge technologies in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), robotic process automation (RPA), and blockchain to build high quantity solutions integrated with our products.
●You will be expected to team on a national and even global scale, communicate results and ideas to key decision makers. So strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively drive results are essential.

【Senior】
MUST
●Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field
●Extensive experience in data mining, statistical analysis and machine learning
●Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
●Excellent coding experience with programming languages such as Python/R/Solidity
●Outstanding supervision and mentorship abilities.
●Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
WANT
●Doctor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field with outstanding research output
●Experience in conceive, plan and prioritize data projects
●Previous experience mentoring, training and developing junior members of the team; experience in employee performance reviews
●Knowledge in Blockchain technology, encryption, or distributed peer-to-peer systems
●Business level. English & Japanese. Ability to coordinate / collaborate with teams & stakeholders in multiple geographies

【Staff】
MUST
●Proficient in writing algorithms, creating machine learning models
●Expertise in solving business problems using ML/NLP/Text analytics solutions
●Knowledge of Deep Neural Networks and hands-on experience of frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, Chainer, or similar frameworks.
●Experience with iterative, test-driven development.
●Experience with configuration management (SVN, GIT, ant, maven, etc.).
●Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation.
WANT
●Excellent understanding of statistics, multi-variable calculus and linear algebra.
●Experience in using data visualization tools, data querying languages, and statistical or mathematical software, such as Alteryx or similar.
●Familiarity with cloud-based data science and machine learning services and APIs (e.g. Microsoft Azure, SAP)
●Experience in developing Blockchain, Chatbot, OCR, RPA solutions
●Strong coding experience preferably in Python, R or Solidity
●Automating and integrating processes
