| 職務内容 | アフラック日本社のITA(ITアーキテクト)チームでは、アフラック日本社全体にITアーキテクト領域におけるアーキテクチャの柔軟性とデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現するためのDevOpsの取り組みを推進・実装するために、優秀なDevOpsスペシャリストを探しています。 理想的には、候補者の経験やコミュニケーション能力などのソフトスキル、リーダーシップなどを書類選考や面接時に表現していただきたいと考えています。 主な業務内容と範囲 1.DevOpsロードマップとプロセスの企画と運用 2.DevOpsソリューションの開発と実装 3.アプリチームやインフラチームと協力して要件を実現 4.サービスカタログを開発し、アプリチームやインフラチームの参画を支援 5.ITアーキテクトと協力して、アーキテクチャロードマップに沿ったソリューションを開発 6.DevOpsおよびアジャイルに関連する取り組みの推進、もしくは推進の支援 組織体系：ITアーキテクト部 レポートラインは、ITアーキテクト部長、部席やITアーキテクト部のライン管理職 職務内容 1.アフラック日本社のDevOpsの成熟度の評価 2.開発チームやインフラチームと協力して、ITアーキテクトロードマップに沿ったDevOpsロードマップを企画 3.DevOpsロードマップを実現するための移行計画の策定 4.移行計画の実施とDevOpsの取り組みの推進 5.ソリューションアーキテクトのフィージビリティスタディ実施を支援 6.DBを含む様々なアプリアーキテクチャのためのコンテナテンプレートの開発 7.開発フレームワークを分析し、ベストプラクティスとアフラック日本社のギャップを把握 8.市場で受け入れられているフレームワークを適応させて生産性を向上させるための開発者との協力 9.インフラ部門と協力して、デプロイメント・アーキテクチャ、コンテナ層の導入、クラウドデプロイメントオプションの定義や再定義を実施 10.LinuxやWindowsサーバー上でのアプリの開発、テスト、リリース、評価、修正プロセスの自動化 11.DevOpsの観点からITコスト効率を向上させるため、ITアーキテクトがオープンソースソリューションを含むより良い取り組みや技術を探索することを支援 12.OSやミドルウェアのバージョンアップ、EOSプロセスの自動化 English ver. AFLAC Japan (hereafter, AFLACJ) ITA(IT Architect) team is looking for a strong DevOps Specialist to help ITA division to drive/implement DevOps initiatives for Architecture Flexibility and Digital Transformation across AFLACJ Enterprise. Ideally, successful candidate should demonstrate his/her hands on experience, communication/soft skills and leadership, as well. Main Purpose and Scope: 1, Develop and Maintain DevOps roadmap and processes 2, Develop and implement DevOps solutions 3, Work with App teams and Infra team to roll out requirement 4, Develop a service catalogue and help App and Infra teams on boarding 5, Work with IT Architect to develop a solution in line with architecture roadmap 6, Drive or help drive initiatives related to DevOps and Agile Organization: IT Architect Division (ITA) Report to (Deputy) ITA Division Head Or Line Manager of ITA Duties and key responsibilities 1, Evaluate AFLAC Japan DevOps maturity 2, Develop DevOps roadmap with Infra and Dev teams, in line with ITA roadmap 3, Develop transition plan to implement DevOps Roadmap 4, Carry out transition plan and drive DevOps initiatives 5, Help solution architects implement feasibility study 6, Develop container templates for different kinds of App Architectures, including DB 7, Analyze Development Frameworks and figure out the gap between best and AFLACJ practices 8, Work with Developers on adapting market accepted frameworks to improve productivity 9, Work with Infra Department to define/re-define deployment architecture, introducing container layer and cloud deployment options 10, Automate the App build/test/deploy/scale/recover processes over Linux and Windows Servers 11, Help ITA keep seeking better practice and technology to improve IT cost efficiency from DevOps perspective, including Open Source solutions 12, Automate OS and Mid ware version up/EOS process |
| 業務経験 | 必須要件（コンピューターサイエンス、データサイエンス、数学の学士、修士を有している） 1.日本語：ビジネスレベル（日本語検定1級）もしくは母国語 2.日本の保険産業（民間企業（共済組織を含む）が運営する生命保険・損害保険の情報システム部門（ITベンダーとしての参画も可）での経験）におけるIT経験が5年～10年(職務履歴書への記載必要) 3.日本の金融産業におけるアーキテクトもしくはコンサルタントしての経験が5年～10年（これを満たした場合は、2番の保険業界の経験が少し短くても、OK） 4.開発・運用部門メンバーとのコミュニケーションができる卓越した能力 5.開発言語（Java、C#、C/C++、Shell）、フレームワーク、主流のアプリサーバー（Websphere、WebLogic、JBoss、Tomcat）に対する情熱と専門性 6.以下の技術、もしくは類似技術の経験5年以上 クラウド（例：AWSやAzure、Google Cloud） 構成管理ツール（例：Ansible、Chef、Puppet） バージョン管理（例：Git） CIサーバー（例：Jenkins、TeamCity、Travis CI） コンテナ（例：Docker、OpenShift） インフラテスト（例：Molecule） インフラセキュリティ（例：OWASP ZAP）。 テストの自動化（例：Selenium、Katalon Studio）。 7.RedHatとOpenShiftの経験があれば尚良し 8.アジャイルモードで成果物を提供できること（重たいプロセスや大量のドキュメントがないこと） 9.習得が早いこと 推奨要件 1.AWS/Azure認定アーキテクト資格 2.RedHat認定アーキテクト資格、もしくは認定システムアドミニストレータ資格、もしくは認定スペシャリスト（Virtualization）資格 3.長所/短所を理解したコンテナソリューションに関する高度な知識 4.プロジェクトマネージメント経験、もしくは資格 5.5年のアーキテクト経験、もしくはTOGAFなどのフレームワーク資格 6.Java/C#/C/C++の開発経験、もしくは資格 7.クラウドの経験（MS AZURE、AWS、IBM private Cloud） 8.チーム間の対立を調整することができ、業務を進捗させる方法を知っている English ver. Mandatory Skill Set: (Master or Bachelor in Computer Science/Data Science/Mathematics) 1, Japanese: business level (Japanese level 1 certification) or native 2, 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Japanese insurance industry (certifications preferred) 3, 5 to 10 years of DevOps or Solution Architect experience in Japanese financial industry (Candidates who have enough architect experience will be considered, even if insurance industry experience is less than 5 years) 4, Advanced communication skills with Dev and Ops division members 5, Passion and expertise in development language (Java, C#, C/C++, Shell) and frameworks, mainstream App Servers (Websphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat), 6, at least 5 years of experience of hands on experience with the following technologies or similar technologies cloud (e.g. AWS, or Azure, or Google Cloud), continuous configuration automation (e.g. Ansible, or Chef, or Puppet), version control (e.g. Git), orchestration (e.g. Jenkins, or TeamCity, or Travis CI), containers (e.g. Docker or OpenShift), infrastructure testing (e.g. Molecule), infrastructure security (e.g. OWASP ZAP), test automation (e.g. Selenium or Katalon Studio). 7, RedHat and OpenShift experience is a plus 8, Be able to deliver outcomes in an agile mode (no heavy process or tons of documents) 9, Be able to learn quickly Preferred Skill 1, AWS/Azure Certified Architect 2, RedHat Certified Architect or Sys Administrator or Specialist in Virtualization 3, Advanced knowledge of container solutions with understanding pros/cons 4, Project Management experience or certificate 5, 5 years of Architect experience or framework certificate such as TOGAF 6, Java/C#/C/C++ development experience or certificate 7, Experience of Cloud (MS AZURE, AWS, IBM Private Cloud) 8, Be able to manage conflict between teams and know how to make progress |
