【シニア/Senior】
MUST
●会計事務所、社労士事務所もしくは一般事業会社の人事部での5年以上の給与計算・社会保険業務経験
●最低3年以上の変化の速い業界での経験(同業他社またはIT企業での経験など)
●社内・社外とのコミュニケーションスキル
●ジュニアスタッフの育成経験
●日本語:ビジネスレベル
●英語:ビジネスレベル(読み書き)
●Microsoft Excel(関数)・Word・PowerPoint スキル
WANT
●社会保険労務士資格があれば尚可
●英語:TOEIC 700以上のレベル、ビジネスレベル以上の会話力があれば尚可

Our firm’s payroll and social insurance operation services provide all-inclusive support regardless of whether the services are for a specific service line or for an entire organization. We provide periodic reviews of HR, payroll and social insurance to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (in collaboration with EY Social Insurance and Labor Advisors Corporation).

●Calculating payroll, preparing payroll- and social insurance-related reporting and salary (bonus) statements
●Support for the various social insurance notifications
●Gross-up calculation, salary and social insurance support for secondees
●HR Operation Support (including on-site)

Requirements and Qualifications

Senior-Assistant Manager
MUST
●5 or more years of experience in payroll and social insurance at an accounting firm, labor law firm, or human resources department of a general business enterprise
●3 or more years of experience in a rapidly changing industry (e.g., experience at an industry peer or an IT company)
●Internal and external communication skills
●Experience training staff
●Japanese : Business level
●English: Business level (Reading and Writing)
●Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
WANT
●Certification as a Public Consultant on Social and Labor Insurance
●English: TOEIC score of 700 or greater or Business level or higher conversational skills a plus
●Experience with Microsoft Excel macros a plus
●Basic knowledge of accounting services
