業務内容
企業の法務部門(法務、コンプライアンスに限らず知財、ESG、経済安全保障を担当する部署を含む)の機能向上のための体制づくり(評価・分析から実装まで)のコンサルティング業務
応募資格
●5年程度の民間企業の管理部門(できれば法務部門・コンプライアンス部門・リスク管理部門・内部監査部門)における職務経験
●社内規程やマニュアル作成、取締役会・経営会議等事務局経験、各種議事録作成経験、コンプライアンスプログラム策定経験、社内法務教育経験があると尚良い
●弁護士資格の有無や年齢は問わない
●英語:ビジネスレベル程度の読解力が望ましい

Responsibilities
Consulting services focused on the creation of systems and processes (from evaluation/analysis to implementation) aimed at enhancing the legal functions of legal departments within corporations (including not only departments tasked with legal affairs and compliance matters, but also departments in charge of intellectual property, ESG, and economic security)
Requirements and Qualifications
●Approximately 5 years of work experience in the management department of a private company (preferably legal department, compliance department, risk management department, or internal audit department)
●Candidates with experience in any of the following are highly welcome: creating internal regulations and manuals, serving as a secretariat for board of directors/management meetings, taking meeting minutes for various, designing compliance programs, or in-house legal education
●No formal legal training required, open to applicants of all ages
●Business-level English reading comprehension preferred
