・Develop and implement a strategic IT application integration plan that supports the business through long-term application planning, construction, and operation.
・Lead the development team to further promote the DX transformation of IDEC

● Must have more than 3 years of experience working at a manufacturer
Those with the following experience (8 years or more)
● Planning of core systems / business systems, requirement definition, functional design, development, operation and maintenance
● Experience in project management in system development
● Experience in system architecture design, development and operation
● English and Japanese proficiency at the level of daily conversation
●Above bachelor's degree
