Job description
IDEC provides HMI solutions to protect people's safety and security in various manufacturing and daily life sites.* Overseas sales account for approximately 60% of our total sales.
The following duties will be entrusted to you depending on your experience and wishes.
■Accounting/Financial Affairs
Non-consolidated and consolidated financial statements
Fixed asset management
Cost accounting
Support for preparation of tax returns (currently outsourced to tax consultants, but may be done in-house)
Preliminary management of business performance, progress management and reporting
Replacement of accounting system
Preparation of mid-term business plans and annual budgets
■Group Company Management
We are entrusting you with the following tasks in our group companies.
Business management
Review and analysis of financial statements
Attendance at management meetings
Preliminary management
Analysis of business environment of group companies
Collaboration with Internal Audit Department and Corporate Auditors of subsidiaries
Follow-up on matters pointed out by internal and external audits
Confirmation of the status of maintenance of rules and regulations

Currently, the Group Company Administration Department is working on projects such as changing the fiscal year end of subsidiaries, implementing transfer pricing policies, establishing a cash management system, building a cash management system, and establishing a global accounting policy. You may be able to participate in this phase that builds the foundation of the company.
