Job description
■GENERAL KEY FUNCTIONS
Champions global digital marketing excellence, empowering matrixed teams and driving transformational initiatives through deep subject matter expertise. Drives digital marketing campaign structure and framework through conceptualization, planning, coordination, and execution of Global Digital Campaigns to acquire and nurture qualified leads (QL), contributing to company business growth.
Ensures implementation of global campaigns across all regions to increase overall leads, opportunity generation, and wins driven by qualified leads, aligning with new strategic product launch plans. Collaborates with internal teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Marcom content creators, and regional Digital Marketing relays) to ensure a cohesive global digital presence. Manages the global digital marketing reporting structure and delivers regular insights into data analysis performance, optimized for business growth.


■ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development:
•Leads the development of global digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
•Analyzes market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, in collaboration with relevant product managers.
•Creates campaign frameworks, considering story, customer journey, page structure, and actionable events based on key stakeholder insights into products and industry/markets.
•Recommends optimal digital message delivery to target audiences, generating quality leads while aligning with campaign strategy and promotion plans.

Campaign Management:
•Manages comprehensive global digital marketing campaigns by planning, developing, and deploying to global regions, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to maximize business objectives.
•Creates and provides Campaign Strategy/Plan documents to the Global Digital Marketing Team, enabling campaign implementation aligned with strategy and regional customization/optimization.
•Drives continuous improvement for all digital marketing activities to achieve objectives.

Performance Analysis:
•Conducts regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate digital marketing effectiveness and ensure quality lead generation.
•Formulates annual business forecasts and monthly tracking reports on Lead Generation, Qualified Leads (QL), opportunity generation, and wins generated from QL globally (monthly Lead/QL trend and achievement reports).
•Generates insights and recommendations for continuous campaign improvement and optimization, demonstrating a track record of driving results and lead generation across global regions.
•Owns the global reporting structure and delivers regular data analysis performance insights, optimizing business growth.

Stakeholder Communication:
•Communicates regularly with content creation teams and key stakeholders to update/optimize digital campaigns with strategic recommendations, aligning digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
•Collaborates with global teams to tailor content for targeted audiences.

Digital Marketing Activities:
•Oversees SEO/SEM strategies and campaigns, recommending global improvements and strategic changes.
•Assists other regions with marketing automation campaign program implementation.
•Stays current with digital marketing developments, industry user practices, regulations, and customer expectations, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
•Conducts research on marketing trends, customer demand, and other information to ensure continuous evolution of marketing automation approaches.
•Proposes and develops process changes to improve lead and opportunity generation and conversion rates.

Support:
•Cross-trains international peers as needed.
•Travels for key internal meetings outside of Japan, as required.
•Performs other duties as required.


Benefit
Monthly salary: \250,000~
Annual salary:\4,000,000~\7,400,000
Commuting compensation: Fully covered
Probation period: 3~4 month (up to joining timing)
