Job description
The IDEC and APEM Group is a leading manufacturer of industrial switches, PLCs, Relays, joysticks, LED indicators, and panel solutions. We are a global organization, with affiliates in Japan, APAC, China, Europe, USA and more.
We serve various markets such as Construction, Material Handling, Industrial Automation, Safety, New Mobility etc..
Our web platform is currently under heavy renewal, and we are looking for the Webmaster to run this complex and global platform accordingly.
Our new web platform project currently under development, encompasses a composable architecture integrating SAP Commerce Cloud, a headless CMS, a marketing automation tool, a CDP, ERPs, and Salesforce. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Webmaster to oversee this development and ensure the highest quality standards.
•Project Oversight: Closely follow the development of our new web platform, ensuring alignment with the project’s vision and objectives.
•Ticketing System Management: Manage and prioritize the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
•Quality Monitoring: Monitor the quality of developments, ensuring they meet our high standards and requirements.
•Data Flow Understanding: Understand and oversee data flows across different systems and platforms to ensure seamless integration and operation.
•Agency Coordination: Act as a key resource to guide and monitor the external agency appointed to build the website.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Organize discovery phases with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
•Reporting: Create detailed project reports and communicate progress and issues effectively within our global environment.
•Project Organization: Build and organize project teams based on specific topics and ensure efficient project management.
•Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge in web development technologies (HTML, JS, React) and our tech stack (SAP CC, D365, SFDC, Imagino, Marketo, MuleSoft, Akeneo) to support project needs.

•Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in overseeing complex web platform projects.
•Technical Skills: Strong understanding of usual web development technologies (HTML, JS, React) and familiarity with our technological stack is a significant advantage.
•Language Skills: Fluency in English (professional competency) is essential as we operate in a global environment.
•Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
•Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
•Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data flows and technical requirements.
[Preferred Qualifications]
•Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud, D365, Salesforce, Imagino, Marketo, MuleSoft, or Akeneo would be a big plus.
•Experience in a global company environment
•Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) would be a plus
•Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as required by project needs.
•Availability: working on different timezones (US/EU/JP) will require flexibility ,in terms of work schedule. Online meetings will occur at different times, and while we’ll try to find a convenient timeslot for all, it could be either late in the day, or early in the morning depending on timezones.
