MUST
●大手税理士法人でのマネージャー経験または事業会社における税務マネジメント経験、その他プロジェクトマネジメント経験
●英語習得に対する意欲があること
●プロジェクトマネージャーとしてチームを牽引するリーダーシップ
WANT
●M&A税務の実務経験のある方は特に歓迎
●英語：TOEIC 700以上あれば尚可
●品質の高いサービス提供を追求する向上心・好奇心
●論理的な思考とそれを伝えるコミュニケーション能力
●受け身でなく自ら思考し行動を起こす力

【シニア/Senior】
MUST
●M&Aに関する税務業務に興味がある方
●税理士法人または事業会社等での3年以上の法人税実務経験またはM&A業務に関する経験
●英語習得に対する意欲があること

●M&Aの業務経験は不問だがあれば尚可
●英語：TOEIC700以上あれば尚可
●論理的な思考とそれを伝えるコミュニケーション能力

【スタッフ/Staff】

As M&A tax advisors, we provide comprehensive tax advice that leads to success in domestic and international M&A. We participate in projects alongside lawyers, CPAs, financial advisors and other M&A experts, supporting clients in their investment decision-making throughout the M&A process with tax specialist knowledge.

●Tax due diligence to identify the tax position and tax risks of M&A targets
●Tax structuring advice
●Tax advice concerning post-M&A integration

【Manager】
MUST
●Experience as a manager at a large tax firm or tax management experience at a business enterprise, other project management experience
●Willingness to learn English
●Leadership ability necessary to lead teams as a project manager
WANT
●Candidates with experience in M&A tax services are particularly welcome
●English: TOEIC score of 700 or greater preferred
●Curiosity and thirst for improvement needed to ensure the provision of high-quality services
●Logical thinking and the ability to communicate information logically
●Ability to independently think and take action

【Senior】
MUST
●Interest in M&A tax services
●3 or more years of experience providing corporate tax or M&A services at a tax firm or business enterprise
●Willingness to learn English
WANT
●No M&A experience required, but experience is preferred　
●English: TOEIC score of 700 or greater preferred
●Logical thinking and the ability to communicate information logically
●Curiosity and thirst for improvement needed to ensure the provision of high-quality services
●Ability to independently think and take action
●Ability to coordinate and contribute with other project team members

【Staff】
MUST
●Interest in M&A tax services
●Willingness to learn English
WANT
●No practical experience required; corporate tax knowledge preferred (Persons with corporate tax experience at a tax firm or business enterprise are welcome to apply)
●TOEIC score of 700 or greater preferred
●Logical thinking and the ability to communicate information logically
●Desire to gain M&A tax expertise, willingness to exert oneself to achieve self-development, forward-looking attitude
●Ability to independently think and take action
●Ability to coordinate and contribute with other project team members
